Complete SMT pick-and-place, DIP, wave soldering, and testing capabilities, with the workshop certified under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016. Modular assembly lines incorporate AOI optical inspection, ICT in-circuit testing, and FCT functional testing at multiple checkpoints, scanning solder joint quality and electrical parameters to ensure fully functional PCBA. Particularly suited for waterproof circuits and battery management systems (BMS) requiring high reliability in oral care electronics.
All finished products undergo strict functional testing: operating current, vibration frequency, IPX7 waterproof submersion, and wireless charging functionality. A continuous aging area runs 200+ units simultaneously for 4-8 hours to pre-screen early-life failures. Prior to shipment, AQL=1.0 normal single sampling is applied, with CPK process capability analysis on key performance indicators.
